For the past 2-3 weeks ive be having profusely of weird pains. I have a yeast infection, that has cleared up already. I own a GOD AWFUL pain surrounded by my lower back, right above my butt, that hurts, even when I push on the nouns. Sometimes the pain will shift to my legs, and even in my vaginal nouns. I don't have a problem urinating, period are normal, and my fiance and me enjoy sex fine..(i have some niggle, but ive ALWAYS been that style, i tense up alot).
So, what exactly could this be? Im alarmed, thinking that its cervical or ovarian cancer, but...im just stressed out!! I own occasional pain within my ovary area, but I dont even know if thats what the backache is coming from.

Please help, im really freaking out nearly everything.:(

You need to label an appointment with your doctor ASAP. It is other better to be safe than sorry. Your distress could be coming from 100 different things and only a couple of them would really be desperate.

Don't speculate what it is, call the doctor and carry a fast, accurate answer.
