I obligation to lose some serious substance in the past April 25th?

I have planned a trip to Walt Disney World beside my five and seven year old cousins at the closing stages of April. I am overweight and even though I am excited, I'm not looking forward to the loss of energy that will go off on a daily principle. Any suggestions for an excercise and meal plan for me. I'm not looking for a miracle, but I would close to to be able to keep hold of up with them and truly wallow in our trip. Please help :( Thank You
