What are HOME REMIDIES to curing a yeast infection?

i think i may hold one but i want a natural home remidy that i can find contained by my fridge or something. I am not going to a gyno. Im 13 and wayyy to scared!!

Answers:    It's popular among women beside recurring yeast infections to choose home methods to some extent than spending the money on Monistat every time they get one, as it add up. That said, many women swear by using plain yogurt inserted surrounded by the vagina. The active cultures surrounded by the yogurt can kill a yeast infection.
Another item that many doctors suggest for those who need to deal near their infections at home is to peel a garlic clove and insert it into the vagina overnight. To brand name sure that it's easy to remove, some women sew string through the clove and head off it hanging out approaching a tampon so they can pull it out.
I own also heard of empire taking a bath beside a drop or two of tea tree oil added to the tub.
Yeast infections generally clear up on their own, or when you find your period. I suggest sleeping near no underwear on, eating a great deal of yogurt, trying to eliminate sugar from your diet, and making sure you wear breathable cotton panties during the light of day.
This is all assuming you're sure it's a yeast infection, because it could be something else. There are lots of websites on this subject and I suggest you any see a doctor (who gets these question every day and isn't grossed out or mortified by it) or you research it on the internet.
This is an excellent website: http://www.msu.edu/~eisthen/yeast/
In a water tight bowl put: 1 chunk vinegar, 4 parts water, and some cotton ball. Insert dripping cotton ball into your vagina only as you would a tampon, only not as far, the dripping will soothe the surrounding skin. Pat dry. Every time you urinate tuning it out for another. That way you will exchange it enough. A week or two will do the trick. It messes next to the PH level surrounded by your vagina so the yeast can’t survive. You can't loose it, but it can go contained by so far that it might give you a fright. Don't permit it, it'll slip back down where on earth you can grab it contained by a bit.
You can also get cures at the drug store lacking a prescription. Just ask the pharmacist which one is cheapest. They all work equally very well.
peace
There is no such thing as a home remedy. I suggest you dance to your pharmacy and buy an over-the-counter yeast infection cream or ovule. Canesten, Monistat etc. - please do not insert any cotton balls or vinegar etc. approaching that woman told you-you will regret it! And btw there is nought to be embarrassed just about -tell your Mom-every female get this from time to time-it's totally normal. Eat yogurt and filch probiotics. If you think you own a yeast infection, go to your nearest and dearest doctor. If it is just a yeast infection, you'll a short time ago have to pocket and OTC anti fungal, no big deal.
you completely can use vinegar to cure a yeast infection, vinegar will balance the ph level in your vagina (thats why women use vinegar duches) i own never tried with a cotton orb i usually just put some within the bath and lay posterior and let the mixture work its sleight of hand make sure its white vinegar, you can also capture otc medicines for 8.00usd and up, drinking yogurt will help hold on to them at bay when you acquire yours under control human being your first infection though you should see a doctor you dont have to notify your mom why just ask her to walk
