also about how long would it run to drop 2-3 jean sizes? i want to go from a 4 to a 1 or 2
could this be done surrounded by a couple months if i went on a strict diet? *that dont show im going to stop eating*
and how do you lose upper leg fat..resembling my legs arent fat..but i want them rather thinner

Answers: I would eat a sensible diet, get through organic when you can avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & efficient greasy foods) & drink lots of water. I would start exercise program, that you will stick next to to work your cardio...running, swimming, dancing...
You want to do this contained by a healthy track & not hurt your body.
Starving yourself won't help because your body will turn into starvation mode & hold to any ounce of weight you want to lose. Loosing counterweight depends on what you eat, how stirring you are, your body condition & type. It probably will be longer, than a couple of months.
