Well you don't want to work out to much,,,if your bodys in proportion consequently it won't look like you enjoy too big of boobs. dieting helps once the other "fat" from your body is gone it will start reducing your breasts because breasts are made of zilch but fat so keep hold of going the way you are and you will bring back there :D
you're extremely lucky! There is no exercise to make them smaller. Wear a sports bra or a minimizer bra to give a hand you minimize the size at least 1 inch. Wear looser clothes that don't underscore your boobs. At the age of 10, I was enormously developed and hated every minute of it, so I get the message you. Some would say you're lucky but at your young at heart age, it doesn't feel approaching it especially when you have perverts staring at you for the wrong reason. Try what I mentioned above and I hope it helps you.
Wonderful answers so far. I own another suggestion for you. You could purchase a 'minimizer' bra. It can make your breasts look up to a cup size smaller. If you travel to a department store, you can usually have someone fit you for a unknown bra and help you pick one out. It will be a bit more expensive but worth it.
