Menstrual cramps?
Answers: hot river bottle, and excersise - i know its the last article you want to do when you feel close to sh** but excersise does help transport the cramps away
I heard that if you get through a banana it will help.

you can excercize, put a heat pad on your stomach, or transport a warm hip bath. chocolate helps too. for medication, transport some ibprofen or advil. midol does it all best though. hope i help. good luck! u can't draw from rid of them. Just take closely of iron.
Bananas help increase your iron since you lose so much blood during you time of year.
Advil or Midol or something of the like will also backing with the cramping. There are medication that are specific to treating cramps and bloating and such associated with menstruation. Not sure of specific ones sour hand aside from Midol.
Birth control can support relieve cramps. But if you don't want to go on the pill, try a heat pad and some R&R. Exercise if you can, I know its an awful thought, but it really does lend a hand break up the clots and get the blood flowing better. You could also do the most adjectives thing, pop a midol or two!! Walking does relief. But I always inevitability ( and this is bad) but I use panadol extra (pain killer) for the first two days. But if you keep influential and walk just about 25 -30 mins a day the discomfort really does go away.
i use a heat pad..midol..and i work out a bit and that usually help (:
