Answers: every one is different but if i were you i would run some fiber... i think that this really help to regulate your body... its not healthy to solely go 1 time a week... i cogitate some people jump once a day or every other daytime
there is a herb call psyllum if you get this and mix it beside a drink it helps to save you regular other wise stay away from laxatives.. they will really mess you up!

No not moral it is not normal why because of the toxin thing you need to drink much more marine and eat a few more veg ideally you entail to be going at least partly an hour after meals. I don't suppose that is average but it would be best to talk to a doctor and they could push for you on what to do. Humm, Mine are about 1 to two a week. Which seem more normal. However, if your not cramping or hurting and it have been this channel a long time I would not rush to the doctor. Next checkup I would ask though to be on the safe side.

It's not great. You want more fiber, exercise and water. Whole wheat bread, wet and fruits will help. You should be going at least possible once a day but for 3-4x. You need to see your doctor. Just reading your cross-question makes my stomach hurt!

Are you eating ample? You probably need more fiber and dampen. Also, eat more vegies and net sure you aren't constipated. no way its natural to go everyday u inevitability to get bran, water within to you to get ur bowels moving.sheesh youd be bloated and it can be massively pain full when u seize constipated n u will make things worse for urself since youll start to strain.consequently youll have hemmeroid problems
Not decent at all, you should see a doctor so that he can advocate you on a proper diet. It's common to stir once or twice every 24 hours, but okay to be up to 1 time a week. I would put more fiber in your diet, you are probably at a sophisticated risk for infections, when it stays there longer and have a higher build of of germs. I'm not really sure though.
