Answers: No, not at all.
Tampons will if truth be told cause cramps surrounded by most cases, this is because tampons are very impossible for sexual health as they prevent average vaginal cleaning, cause vaginal splitting and introduce chemicals into the vagina affecting vaginal pH, this creates an ailing vagina which in turn can head to heavier and more painful period.
Tampons expand which adds to bloating that can contribute to cramping, this is also much worse contained by brands such as Tampax where they are cut diagnally fairly than lengthways, this is done so that they expand lengthways as well as widthways and surrounded by expanding lengthways they can expand into the cervix adding to cramps.
If you use internal menstrual option, rather than external option such as pads, next you are far better off using menstrual cups such as Divacup or Keeper as these are the merely safe internal menstrual picking and do not cause cramps as tampons do.
Use something approaching clary sage to rub into your stomach to stop cramps when you get them, and cash your diet to prevent cramps all together - also obviously look into other prevention and cures for menstrual cramps.

I'm afraid not and in actual fact I think sometimes it make them feel worse which is why during my sore days(usually day 2-3) I use pad. Then when I feel better I use tampons. I'm only just too sensitive to be sticking anything up there during those hurting days. Hope that helps! use aleve or ibuprofen
