Period contained by the middle of my birth control pill cycle?
Last month I accidentally took two pills surrounded by the same time, but I continued as usual with the pills and never missed one. I have my period as usual at the run out of that packet of pills and then started this one. I hold not missed a pill or done anything out of the ordinary. I've feel really hormonal for about two weeks, too. Has this happen to you? I'm going to contact the doctor on Monday... but what do you think this is in the order of?
Answers: It's not a big big deal. It's happen to me and I was ssoo confused as to what be happening...especially not have a problem with breakthrough bleeding surrounded by any of the previous months. Anyways, this is a very totally common side effect and can crop up no matter how long you are on your pill for (most individuals believe that it ONLY happens during the first 3 or so months while your body become accustomed).
Just keep taking them as usual and by the time you come to your deskbound pills, you will most likely merely have reading light spotting/bleeding. If you have prolonged bleeding, after I would talk to your doctor something like it because there may be some other problem. It could also be your birth control pill mixing next to your other meds (are you on antiobiotics? the way that you enjoy described that it can give birth defect and you should be using another method of contraception with the pill sounds similar to it could be antibiotics), or it could just simply be your birth control man retarded.
If you have be feeling really hormonal lately too, it most plausible will be your pills. Once again, side effects may not occur during the first 3 months as they "normally" would but a bit afterwards (or, even a couple years down the road). However, just close to the bleeding, it could be enhanced by your other medications.
It's a polite thing you are planning on contacting your doctor. He/she will hold a better understanding of what may be going on and how your body is react with two interacting medication.
I've had equal problem. My doctor said it might be your body getting "used to" the pills, or just a hormonal renovate. I would deff talk to your DR and see if you it's time for a tuning (mine also happened after several years of like peas in a pod pills.) but then again, she said you could stay on them and see what happen next month.
Also, if you've gain a bit of weight (which i hold nooo idea if you hold or not obviously) then you might have need of to be put on a stronger pill with more estrogen.
It's not biggie though, hold on to taking your pills!
