The pill and restarting it?

Just a thought - I am on the pill at the moment, and have be for almost 4 years, and I have no problems next to it at all. I hold just come out of a long-ish relationship, and due to circumstances at the moment, I am unlikely to "need" the pill as much surrounded by the next few months or so!

So, because I hold heard just about the readjustment time after coming off the pill is on average a few months, I be wondering whether there is any TRUE point of me coming off it. As it might all right be in 3 or 4 months time, I want to run back on it.

Can I do this? What is a sensible amount of time to own a "break" as it were, and later go rear on it if you want to? Can I just come sour it now, and move about back on when the time comes again, or is that not a angelic idea? Or should I simply stay on it, as it's doing no real mar. So confused!

Answers:    It's really up to you what you want to do. Your periods can be a bit wacky coming sour the pill, so be prepared for that. When you start it up again, it's just resembling starting fresh with it, so you might enjoy spotting and all that the first couple of months hindmost on. You also have to bring back back surrounded by the habit of taking your pill every daylight. If none of that bothers you, then at hand is no reason not to stop it and walk back on following. I personally approaching the way my birth control help my cramps and makes my period very predictable, so I stay on it when I'm single. I also don't know when I'll want to bring back into a relationship, so I'm adjectives set when I do.
it should not really affect you. you should be fine coming off it and going rear onto it on the first day of your time when you decide to start taking it again your body will adjust itself from in attendance. long term exposure to a successful pill can lessen your risks for possible health problems, similar to cervical and breast cancers. It took me 2 years to carry 'normal' after Birth control. I'd suggest just staying on it if i be you. ;)

Good luck, and sorry bout the breakup (unless it's a good item, then Way to Go!! lol ;) )
singular my opinion but after 4 years your body could probably do near a break from the chemicals. You could have a break for a few months. Even if you unite somone in the subsequent couple of months you could still use condoms until you are sure of their sexual history and that it is going to last a while

I have a break after 4 constant years and felt no effects at adjectives in jargon of period, regularity etc. Started to use a year following when next contained by solid relationship and again no changes to cycle etc although did find that pill i used to purloin did not suit me anymore (I got hidious time pains but started new type and it be fine.)
If you think you will be going fund on it, I would just stay on it. It could mess up the model of your cycles. And as long as its not hurting anything just stay on it. You never know when you might be contained by a situation where you aspiration you would have of late stayed on it. But basically it wouldnt hurt you at adjectives if you went sour it either so you simply do what you feel you entail to do!! You might as well stay on it. That track when the time does come, you will be ready to travel. Also, you will be able to preserve the benefit of the short, lighter, more predictable periods.
