Right around this time I am about to achieve my period and the first 3 days of my interval I feel green about the gills to the point that I am about to vomit. I generally bleed 7 days. Plus I have bleak cramps, headaches, and I am tired during the first 3 days of my interval. This has be going on with me since I be 14, when I started menstrating. Answers:    I have have similar episodes. I would have severe nausea and vertigo the year before my extent. I am so shocked that you have put up beside this for 13 years. Have you seen a gyno? Maybe you can step on birth control, like Yaz. I am not crazy more or less BC either. My doctor once prescribed me anti-nausea medication and vicodin for my cramps that would engender me double over in misery and collapse at work. So yeah, try BC, anti-nausea meds and Rx pain nouns.
