I Want To Get Rid of Stomach Fat!?!?

Answers:    Eating healthy foods. Try tea it have anti-oxidants which help you lose some overweight. Almonds, fish...etc. Try eating six small meal per day and do crunches/sit ups. Without have a proper diet you will probably not lose any stomache fat :)
