SICK OF MY FAST METABOLISM AND NOT PUTTING ON WEIGHT? What can I do to get hold of a bit fatter?

For some reason...I EAT AND EAT AND EAT..And i never put any solidity on..Ive always be skinny and you can see my bones everywhere and im sick of being call anorexic..There must be something that can help me catch fatter! Dont say carbohydrates because i drink tons already...Can doctors help me! Please I dislike being this bearing...People say I look bad and i hate it...Please abet me?

Eat larger portions of foods with protein and try to raise heavy weights every other afternoon or so Eat lard. A block of crisp and dry a morning should do it.
I don't think at hand is anything you can do I'm the same as you and I drink tonnes ! Sounds like you hold a thyroid gland problem (hope i spelt that rite) i have that too. I have to go on medication for it so it would put your metabelism posterior to normal. Go see your doctor.
I weigh 9 stone up until I was 34...as a masculine thats just wrong...very soon im 38 and 19 stone and cant shift it..dont wish to not easy.
Check with your doctor if its a medical basis...but if its not...i dont think theres a well-mannered way of putting counterweight on if the food intake isnt working! Start eating lots protein and carbohydrates and do some mass lifting.
go to your doctor you may enjoy an over active thyriod its confidently treated. u mite have a thyroid problem, u should see ur dr and he or she can run some blood test. defo see ur dr.

Gorge. Eat lots of fatty stuff, as okay as veg . Don't exercise, this will help save your metabolism down. But don't turn into a total slob cos thats just doomed to failure.
If you eat meat, chomp through plenty of fatty meat because animal fat is best for putting on cargo It might help to up your protein intake, but honestly theres not much you can do. I'm purely like you, adjectives skin and bones. I'm 16, 5'4" and only 99 pounds. But I've other been this path and my doctor said that I was well, so it's ok.
i know just how you consistency. i always capture made fun of at school because of it. no event what i try i cant find the best way to put consignment on either! drink protein shakes, stir to mcdonalds and increase ur carbohyrate intake, cake, chocolate etc but be careful cos this is uncertain on ur heart. besides u might just be a slim character naturally.eg genes etc.
i enjoy the same problem so no direction,but it might help you knowing in that is other people close to you.

first thing you should know is it is okay to be skinny in attendance is nothing wrong next to you because of this. you should ignore culture if they are telling you you don't look perfect because of being skinny.
