Im 13, and im on a diet?
i want to know, is slimfast okay for me?
and but for, is there any honest [healthy] diets that i can try to lose some of this belly fat?

So, if you realy want to lose solidity, i suggest you do it without those products
1. sleep more
2. drink hose
3. exercise 15 minutes a day at lowest
4. veggies
5. fish
6. soup

I know this sounds type of old female, but weight watchers might work. you don't enjoy to sign up for the diet, but you can buy their food products. My mom used to be on the weight watchers diet and I tried some of the food products form counterbalance watchers that were within my cubbord and they were surprisingly really upright! They taste close to regular food but I guess that they're healthier. Now when you're this young at heart on a diet, don't go to over the top! Still put away a lot and drink! Don't obtain anorexia and don't try to get TOO skinny rationale that can damage you. Also, I don't deduce that slimfast is such a great diet and considering that you're 13 I think it's ok if you're on a diet. Just if you play it not dangerous. Good Luck! (and be safe) seriously..

But if you want to lose some weight you can try ingestion lots and lots of vege and fruits and also exercise lots/ This way you can in truth maintain your immensity and can prevent it from going back up again.
Ummmmm, even when I be 90 pounds I had a rotund stomach because I never exercised. Also had cellulite.
Just put away right and get exercise approaching walking for 30 minutes 4 times a week and some strenght training 2 times but nothing too big. Do sit ups and you'll have a flatter tummy.
Dieting is a trap. Either you get through healthy other or you don't but just drinking right for a short amount of time will wreek havoc on your young body.
No sodas no second-hand goods.
Sorry to "poop your party" but a diet is what you eat; every body surrounded by this world is on a diet. 115 lbs at age 13 is completely healthy! If you are looking to get hold of rid of your belly fat or doesn`t matter what, do some sit ups, eat some veggies, and clutch your vitamins. It's puberty, kid. It'll all even out! Don't stress over it!
