No. Prenatal pills are just vitamins. Unfortunately, no test have proven that your prenatal pills (which are simply vitamins) will help fertility. But the apt news is the longer you bear them before you attain pregnant, you have a better hit and miss of having smaller number morning sickness (always good word!) and a lower chance of the newborn having infallible genetic defects.

Best of luck next to trying to become pregnant...it took me a while but it is worth all the trouble!!
