There is NO road I would ever wear a pad unless I have to for medical reasons...If you are cumbersome flow,,just wear a panty shield along beside a tampon..You don't feel a entity. Tampon 90% of the time - but use a pad overnight - TSS is not nice.
Come on, Naomi. THat's a concern of personal choice. There is no right or wrong. Both are used. TRY GOOGLE or go to Tampax and Kotex websites. It's similar to picking the color of your car. Go next to what works for YOU. I personally use Tampons, for comfort.

Pads are unsanitary to me.because you are sitting contained by your OWN blood.that's gross.tampons are way better I in reality forget I'm on my period until I shift to the bathroom. tampon during the day, wipe at night.

Tampon plainly, you can't even feel them if you hold them on right! Tampons are great especially if your involved in sports and whatnot. Pads suck, it feel like you own a diaper on. Pads are safer, tampons only when needed.
tampon are the best and are alot cleaner and you wont ever smell near tampon cos ive used pads and u return with a funny smell i use pads..the thought of sticking a tampon up your body only eeks me out. Although I've never tried them, it sounds like it would hurt...and if you can't catch the tampn out, you need surgery (otherwise it'll rot eew) and I would not want to own surgery there!
