What would be a correct excuse so i dont hold to take my shot?

Answers: Ok getting a shot in your butt is nought. I had an allergic counterattack this past summer and I too am terrorfied of needles. and Im 17. But near the allergic reaction they have to give me a shot within my butt. It kind of tickles. Its an unconventional feeling. But it doesnt hurt at adjectives. If you have to achieve the shot then you hold to. Just do it. I know how hard it is to do it. Just transport a deep breath and relax. I hope that help. (:
Since you're sick, my advice would be to hold your breath and embezzle the shot, you'll be well much sooner. I abhorrence needles, can't even look at one, but would much rather own that second or two of discomfort than be sick so much longer.Hurry and get very well. I'm not sure what kind of shot you are getting but if you inevitability it, just suck it up and achieve it!

i'm 12 and i capture shots in my arm but they don't really hurt i focus you will do fine though

You don't requirement a good excuse to procure out of it, you need to get hold of the shot so you won't be sick. Just take a low breath, think roughly speaking something else and try not to focus on the needle. im really upset of needles too but if you dont look at it it doesnt bother you it worked for me
All you can really do is just suck it up and gain the shot. If you are really that scared of needles you could a moment ago say that you are sick. Doctors won't distribute you shots when you are sick unless it has to do next to curing your sickness... Hope that helps! =]
