Yet another interrogate going on for period!
I started my period LATE sunday night at approaching midnight or something. Usually, my periods last 6 days or so. Usually the first time is easy, then the second and third days are pretty hard to digest but towards evening they lighten up a little. Then the 4th afternoon it starts to get easier. BUT this time it's extremely heavy and today it the 3rd afternoon, it should be starting to get a little lighter but it's not. It's heavier than yesterday. I haven't have a period since April for some reason...do you come up with it's heavier because of that?? Do you think it will last longer because of that? Thanks.
PS ~ If in that is anything you know of to make my period lighter I would soooo appriciate it.
Answers: As a woman who's have be period for a very long time, I can bring up to date you that there will be times when Aunt Flo sneaks up behind you and smacks you on the team leader. You'll be sitting there, thinking that you get your interval every 28 days for the last five years... then BAM! You acquire your period two weeks early. Or two weeks past due. There will be times where your regularly scheduled length is so light that you wonder if it was even really a time at all. Then there will be times when you reckon you very well might bleed to release and you start writing your will... "To my older sister, I leave my fish, Bloblo."
Now, a on top form diet and exercise program can do a lot to help you enjoy less dramatic periods. If you set off your diet correctly, you should not require any vitamins. Plenty of fruits and dark green veggies. Not too much meat. No fast food. Try to hold on to it low on sugar. Personally, I have a weakness for rime cream. so I buy organic soy ice cream. The Raspaberry is really fitting.
Good luck!.
Call your doctor ASAP. If you haven't had a period since April and you don't know why, you should own called sooner. Most likely, it is because you've built up profusely of lining to shed, but there are other possibilities, similar to miscarriage.
Most birth control pills will lighten your flow..
No. But you can make your time of year easier by exercising, especially during the 7 days before your period. Also, guzzle plenty of dark green vegetables and drink 8 glasses of hose down to keep your flow steadier. Finally, take a multi-vitamin beside iron and folate. The nutritionist I see says too much Estrogen hormone does that. We get a more concentrated form of Estrogen within bottled and canned foods, farmers give it to the pigs and cows to gross the fatter or produce more milk. So, its virtually unavoidable. I had the longest period ever since I started when I was 16, and they were resembling the weather predictions, not reliable. The nutritionist had me take 1 tablespoon of Cod Liver Oil at darkness before bed and one in the morning near breakfast for 2 weeks. I have had regular cycles ever since. I suspect you may necessitate to do the same. If you don't like cod liver grease, try walnut oil or Olive oil instead. But the Cod liver grease does a better job.
