Can the mirena IUD come out from period?

My wife a short time ago found out she is pregnant which be, and still is, a shock to me because we are going through a divorce. Even more so is the reality that she have an IUD placed support within March or April of this year. She say she have a cloying spell and she thought she feel it afterwards.

I am not going to come into the full reason why, but I remember her OBGYN unfolding us that it would not come out from a length. And, the few months afterwards she have valid lite period.

I would freshly similar to to know if anyone here know if an IUD can come out on its own from extent or does it enjoy to be physically removed?
