Anyone over 40 have 2 periods every month?

I am 46. in the order of 2 yrs ago, my period become totally irregular, skipping a month never even close to duplicate #days between and in a minute for nearly a year I own have 2 period a month, every 14 days permanent 5-7 days. I own severe cramps, which Ive never have formerly and the bleeding is severely heavy4-6 pad a afternoon.
I hold be to several dr.s and can't go and get a solid answer after multiple test.
Also I enjoy have several cysts( the size of grapefruit )in the abdominal cavity rupture, which the Drs right to be heard will reabsorb beside no complications
Any suggestions?

sounds to me resembling you could hold endometriosis, ask a gynecologist almost a D&C.
