Femcon Fe and cramps.?

I hold started Femcon Fe to regulate my period. I started bleeding in the course of the third week. I know that this is impulsive but can start when I first start next to birth control. I enjoy also notice some pretty fruitless cramps that I have not be experiencing. Has anyone else have this evolve? I own taken over the counter anguish relievers close to Aleve but they still don't shift away completely.
