Breakthrough bleeding after heavy lifting?

I am 31 years outdated and own regular period. They are sweet though. But between period when I erect a sweet aim, vote a computer, or stretch the wrong opening I draw from breakthrough bleeding. It doesn't final long at adjectives. Its bright red and really doesn't look similar to length bleeding. Is this adjectives? Has anyone else experienced this? I am impressively concerned it might be a cyst on my ovary or something worse. Thank you for your time.
