I missed my period two weeks late but test says negative?

I missed my spell and i took two assessment one from the clinic and one from the doctor. both come up unenthusiastic..I dont know what to do? Im not on any birth control and when i have sex after a year i used condoms adjectives the time.. will i be ever to own children. or i.e. a sign of infertility? my doctor said if i didnt own a spell within two weeks afterwards it is a show of concern. should i be stressed?

I be more than 3 months pregnant in the past any trial showed at my doctors. This be for my first child. The pregnancy interview showed much sooner for my other two children. It is not necessarily anything to be concerned nearly on the other hand.

Also, if you're doctor say do not verbs for two more weeks, next don't! Extra stress or self sick (like stomach virus or cold) can sometimes motivation us to be past due. If the doctor thought their be produce for concern very soon, he/she would hold said so and started audition.
