What are some ways to get hold of rid of desperate cramps besides pills?

Here are some suggestions I use alot:
1) You stipulation alot of rest, so steal things assured. Lie on your bed, and crunch up within a bubble if it's really fruitless - sounds funny but it's relieving =)
2) Put a hot sea bottle on your lower belly
3) Take a nice, loooong hot tub - another fate to relax!
4) Exercise if you can, it's incredibly relaxing and help beside the throbbing. If you're incredibly tired, it's not medically recommended, you don't wanna surpass out.
5) Take some painkillers close to Panadol, to aid you if it's prickly.
6) Eating bananas also help lessen your distress, believe it or not :) Also try a hot drink, resembling tea.Make sure you save your body hydrated!
