I meditate to be precise why we enjoy sweatpants and hot marine bottles. so we can survive that miserable week! I guzzle yogurt and drink lots and lots of sea and avoid big foods, close to Italian alfredo sauce or pancakes and that make me surface for a while more tolerable.
