stretch more up to that time doing yoga...and eventually your body will win used to the postitions your body is within during yoga..and yes your length could be contributing to this too but basically try stretching and help yourself to somthing close to motrin..u could also try a cold or hot pack and travel to your local drug store if u reason your put a bet on headache is muscle related and ask to see if they own some type of Emu Oil.it sounds abnormal but it works wonders.

If something hurts while your doing yoga, you're doing it wrong. TRY.. lying on your put a bet on on a rugged surface (not your bed) next to your palms facing up. Take low breaths and focus on the aching, and getting rid of it. (Stay lying on your backbone for almost 15 mintues) If its really REALLY unpromising.. see a chiropracter.

well my mom is a yoga instuctor and it could create sense that your rear legs hurts after yoga but solely so much as a sore thought but that... plus time of year cramps could potentially motive discouraging wager on stomach-ache.but see a doctor it could be something else more serious
