C section questions about infections?

I have a c-section june 1st everything go powerfully.. going on for a month following I get a sever UTI it finally cleared it roughly 2 weeks ago. Now my incision is incredibly swelled, red and have some open-handed of drainage coming out of it.. after it have be 2 months since the surgery.. Is that still mundane? or does it nouns close to an infection?
