I want to look like my arms have alot of muscle. how can i do that fast?

im 5'5"-5'6" and im a teen girl. want my arms to look close to they hold muscle . i dont really prudence if theres any muscle down it but i want them to look angelic. how can i do this at the double. ( i would resembling to own obedient arms by september 5th) are in attendance any workouts i can do, if so can u convey me...remember i only want my arms to LOOK"musclely" its ok if some muscle is put losing it but that doesnt concern. i lately want strong arms!!
