I can plainly communicate when I'm stressed. I bring headache, I perceive resembling I'm dance on my toes, I return with adjectives sorts of physical reaction! Once I broke out into shingles, despite the certainty that I'm single 15 [I be 14 when I get them!], and another time I broke out into hives. But I be functioning on drastically little sleep and consumption little and working resembling crazy, so that make sense. People adjectives procure different reaction from stress--but usually you basically return with that tingling sense of urgency!

i roughly know when im stressed, whether i make a clean breast it or not. sometimes you can stir for a while and you dont really acknoledge that you are stressed until you become a super b:::ch . sometimes if i get hold of really subliminally stressed i can realize it because of the instrument my body react, such as tiredness, depression, irritability and so on. it is different for everyone.Someone know what's going on next to my spell?
