Lump in breast & discharge?

I've have a small lump contained by my breast for moderately some time presently. I saw my doctor just about it & she said it seem to be a cyst (don't know how she'd know that a moment ago from an external exam?). She told me to keep hold of checking it & to cut out the caffeine & if it didn't return with any bigger than not to verbs something like it. This be a few years ago & it hasn't changed but lately I've notice some whitish colour discharge from solely that breast (the left). I'm not pregnant or breastfeeding anymore (haven't be for over a year) & this have be going on for a few months very soon. Also, I've be getting some pains in that breast that come & travel. I'm going subsequent week to take it checked out again. ANYONE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE & WHAT HAPPENED? I'm exceedingly well otherwise...I get through severely ably & exercise on a daily basis but I own a extraordinarily strong history of cancer surrounded by my line & I'm really worried. Thanks for any tips!
