Vagina Itching and Burning?

I used a tampon for the first time and go swimming next to it on.
I didnt maintain it on for too long it be with the sole purpose nearly an hour.
And the daytime after, my vagina started to itch inside really discouraging to the point that I couldn't sleep.
It's be 5 days, and I still itch, but immediately when I peed it burned really doomed to failure.
I didnt hold any sex at adjectives, and Im merely 14.
I am terrifically hygenic also.
What could be wrong?
