I have 2 lumps. One in my left armpit and 1 in my right breast. Neither are painless. Are they dangerous?

About six years ago I have an infection below my vanished arm that required antibiotics. The doctors said it be basically a cyst. The cyst have turned rugged. Should I verbs? The lump within my right breast is located on the top outside portion. I don't hold any headache from it. It is rather life-size. I don't progress to the doctor much so if it is of late a cyst consequently I won't verbs just about it. Please assist!!
