I weigh 130lbs and 4ft11in tall.I am planning to reduce 20 pounds.And my target time is 1y.Will yoga help me?

I am already following a strict diet and indulge in 1hr of cardio session.Can anyone help out me next to anyother suggestions as to how i can bring abt this cargo loss leisurely over a span of a year?
