I have been on birth control for 10 yrs........?

I enjoy lately stopped taking it, and I havent gotten my time of year for 2 months. I am not pregnant, checked. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions what might be up? I really revulsion going to the gynocologist and want to avoid that if at all possible.
I dont know if this make any difference my vanished ovary be removed 2 yrs ago.....
