Pregnancy/Anxiety?
What are adjectives Anxiety symptoms? I be afraid that I may be pregnant but I have a sneaking suspicion that it be only just guilt and my body's freshly sending stale signals (long story but everyone I've talk to is 99.99999999% sure I'm not pregnant -My boyfriend's never cummed on me down nearby (I don't cogitate even precum) and I'm on the mini-pill.)
Anyway, I've have lower stomach sensations (not uncomfortable but almost resembling I enjoy to maintain farting) and for a time bit of dirreah, and nausea. I perceive approaching I've gain a bit consignment too, althought the pant I'm wearing today be already on the smaller side. I reflect everything I'm awareness is a moment ago over exaggerated. At lowest possible I hope so
What should i do to hold myself relaxed so I can see if my interval can start soon?

I enjoy no concept what anyone else answered but I suggest you help yourself to some mild (natural) anti-anxiety medication. I use for instance some drops call Rescue. They are great. You put 4 drops on your tongue and after a short while your anxiety freshly evaporates. If this does not work for you try something else OTC or turn to your GP and ask for a mild sleeping pill so you overcome this anxiety and attain your interval subsidise to regular.
