it depends on the type of tampon she is using. it should be fine and whatnot ..as long as she is careful.use the "sport" type .those are best for that episode. they hurt a bit. but they also do me good. . i've also have it since i was 9,so i touch her agony..tell *your friend* to in recent times be at her best. and dont fear it b/c she cant procure hurt. . jus make sure to adjustment it within a few hours.
They are perfectly undamaging. Just tell her to produce sure to change them inwardly 8 hours (max).
