I am 40 and going through menopause and im packing on the weight trying to excercisce can anyone give a hand?

Ways to put exercise into your day by day life -

30 mins hoof it every day (or at lowest possible most days). It will only thieve 3 weeks of doing this and you will form a habit of it. Once you totter, you will feel robust and not want to spoil your efforts by ingestion badly. In certainty, look for ways to put incidental exercise into your life instead of making a big transformation or if you hate troop sports, gym, swimming, cycling etc

Get an exercise DVD and do it on front of the telly instead of sitting watching TV.

Run on the spot if you can't go out (weather, other reasons).

Take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator

Park further away from the shopping precinct entrance.

Get a friend and join strip dancing (or the trial Latin line dancing) - huge fun.

My best piece of warning: keep an exercise log to track your weekly weight and day after day exercise efforts. It's appropriate for motivation to fill up your week beside fat burning acitivities.

You own had your hormone level checked? Right? Levels out of whack could be a cause. I in actuality lost weight. There is one and only one good channel to lose. 3500 calories equals 1 lb. Cut 500 calories per day to lose 1 lb. a week. If you cut 500 calories and burn 500 within exercise you could lose 2 lbs. per week. Simple formula. I don't know why people don't believe it. Trust me. I didn't believe it for years. If you put away less than nearly 1000 calories per day your body will if truth be told lower your metabolism to stave off starvation. So bring in at tiniest 1000 per day. A lot of culture don't realize that a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and a coke are 1200 calories. That is a days worth of calories for lately one meal. Also, it is our outlook to gain about 5 to 10 lbs. per year as we age. It is also harder to lose at our age.
