Maybe because the older ones are surrounded by monogamous relationships, making condoms unnecessary as long as other forms of birth control are used if needed.

Ladies only please!?

This is because of a little reasons.

First past its sell-by date, women tend to get smaller quantity infertile when they are not in their child bearing years. Women over 30 hold trouble getting pregnant, so there is smaller quantity of a chance. Also, most women tend to run on the birth control pill, as they can more likely afford it because they are elder. Women might not of been on the pill within their adolescents, because their parents might of found out what they were doing, or they needed parental authorization.

Condoms are also pretty cheap, so hence them being used alot by adolescents and youthful people.

Also, most couples own children in the 20s and 30s, and habitually when they have have kids, they get a small procedure done to remove what make the baby. A women will catch her tubes cut, and man his balls. This stops them from never have children, as they can't produce any.

There's your answer :)
