Okay i hold never had my time of year yet except one time it be like a year ago for three days and similar to three months after that i started to have this white/clear stuff come out of here and what can that be?
Is that normal???

That is normal. In the starting point they are irregular. The white stuff is vaginal discharge. It is normal as well- it is your body's means of access of cleaning out naturally, or showing you that you are ovulating. You will probably catch another period again soon.
