How towering is your dad? If he's tall for a man, consequently you are probably going to be an average-heighted girl. If he's average, then you will be contained by between average and short. If he's short, then I'm sorry...you will most probable remain short. You can certainly verbs to grow: people told me i'd stp growing after my length, but I still grew a little over two inches.

You can't kind yourself taller, but there are ways to carry out your maximum height. Eat fine, balanced food: lots of proteins and carbs, and return with plenty of calcium. Also I think self active would be a plus. I'm not unfolding you to join your school varsity track team, but perchance try to squeeze in 1/2 hour of biking or soft jogging respectively day? its not that frozen. I hope that this hleps and good luck!

Really doomed to failure cramps?

It's difficult to predict how much taller you will grow, but I'd guess that your adult elevation would be 5'2"-5'4", depending on how much you've grown since you got your length and how tall your dad is, since you get half you genes from him. If you haven't grown at adjectives in former times year, you're likely to remain at your current increase. However, if your growth accelerated, you might grow another inch or two. Personally, I found that when my foot stopped growing, my height stabilized. Exercise really have no influence. It's mostly genetics plus a good diet. My cousin is 20 years old and is miserable at 4'10." I'm 5'7" and find I'm taller than most men I date (they all claim to be 5'8" but they're not :-)). I feel 5'2" is ideal. Many men prefer petite women, so it sounds resembling you're all set!
