I have be having the following symptoms and I don't know what the problem is! I've have diarrhea for 2 weeks, sharp pains in my lower abdominal region on both sides, my last menstrual length was heavier than conventional, I've been spotting for a week, and I own nausea often. I don't own an appendix or a gallbladder so it's not that. I took a pregnancy test concluding week and it was unenthusiastic, so I'm not pregnant. Any ideas as to what this is? If it doesn't clear up by the shutting down of the week I'm going to call my doctor.
