You should really be checked out by a doctor. Stop using soap to wash yourself out inside, exact soap is drying. If that area get dry you can get little cracks, of late like on your hand, they will bleed. Use a water base lubricant for self satisfaction. You could own a yeast infection, picked up another type of STD like chlamydia, which can show signs okay after exposure to it. If you are using a "toy" you should use a condom and lubricant to keep germs low and moisture within.
