Belly pains(12wks pregnant)help?

first i was getting unexpected pains, in my lower abdomen(between my pelvic bone area and my belly button). immediately i'm getting pains under the bottm of my rib enclose on the right side(those are kinda staby). the others, were freshly dull aches, kinda cramps. also own shooting type pains in my boobs(but i figure in attendance probably just growing again,yikes i'm already huge). i don't know whats wrong but it doesn't grain good. i don't resembling the pains in my lower belly, they kinda scare me. does any one enjoy any idea what they ruminate it might be? or have you ever have similar pains, and what was it?
(12weeks preg,going to my 1st apt. subsequent week)

Bladder infection?

I think it's better if you be in motion to the clinic and hav a untrasound scanned, purely to be safe. Lower abs surrounded by may be associated with Placenta previa which is implantation of placenta contained by the lower segment of the uterus. U need to walk to the clinic and Obstetrician will help you. Do u experience bleeding from your vagina?
