Actually if you exercise while on your period it will lessen the amount of blood flow. the justification being that your body is beneath stress and your veins constrict when underneath stress. that is also why some population get dizzy when they are stressed or anxious. you also could try to use roast pads when on your extent but if you are bleeding real strapping seek a doctor counsel because it might be something more going on.have you thought of going to the Doctor in the order of this its not normal to bleed so much and no you shouldn't work out

WOW...that is really calorific...Ummm...Id say yea.in recent times get as tacky of a pad as you can while you work out.possibly wear a tampon and a heavy wad so you dont bleed out in public if your exercise make it go stronger. if you're lucky to not seize symptoms and such.Dont stop life newly becase T.O.M. is a wee bit heavy.shift about your time as you wish to. It wont bring you to get sick.its truly good for you to exercise on ur extent.mostly for the things you dont get.but I newly keeps your body surrounded by a regular mood...So if you choose to not exercise you wont die...but it goes both ways.the choice is yours...because in that is no side effects either process.
