You definetly don't want any surprises or leaks while you are at hand! buy some super slim tampons, and look and the directions as to how to insert them. If you are not comfortable, you could get panty liner, but they wont really help when they take wet. If you win pads that are bigger than that, you will be capable of see is in your bathing suit.
