Period pains?!?!?

any help you can confer me is much appriciated.
well i be on the depo contraception jab for 3yrs but fixed to come off it as i be gaining too much consignment so my doc gave me the pill which i didnt cart so now i own been sour the depo for 6 mths this is my 5th period and i am contained by agony the reasons i be on the depo was to stop my extent because it was immense and painfull, but this month is the worst pain i have ever experienced and i be wondering if anyone has be in like sort of position as me and what they did! i spoke to a pharmasist who said go see the doc so i hold an appointment in 3 days i have tried nurofenmax paramol syndol co/- codamol paracetamol and buscopan (which is for ibs but be reccomended by the pharmasist for the cramps) & none of these have even touched the headache! im changing my wipe every 30 mins and it is the highest absorbancy! can any one back me please i dont know what to do to ease the pain thanxs surrounded by advance! xxx

god!! do i know how you perceive. iv been physically sick near the excrutiating pain. go for scans but adjectives clear. iv been so upset of it coming on now it terrify me.
what has help is being prepared! as soon as you catch the first twinge take niggle relief, anything suits you. still painful but bearable. i be waiting for the pain to start back taking meds and it was so severe, i be just vomiting them up.

try using diclofenac sodium. It may help as it's supposed to dampen the swelling.

Oh honey, I thought I have it bad! I use fry pads, which you put on the tummy, combined next to pain killer, this should hopefully ease the headache somewhat. Hope this helps. x

Is it run of the mill to get you period twice in a month?

I don't know something like solving the pain problem, but at most minuscule try Lilletts (not sure about the spelling) 'super plus' for the hefty flow.
My sister visit me recently and she have always have a flow problem. I discovered that she has other used Tampax and that she could not go swimming because her flow be too heavy. I give her a lillets and she swam all afternoon. Change your brand and conceivably try a totally different pain nouns tablet?

Hi yeah i was on the depo i gain loads of weight and be bleeding everyday and still am heavily, also have really bleak cramps! I take painkillers and own a lavender wheatbag which slightly eases my stomach twinge but i really could do with some direction as i'm going on holiday in a week and really need to stop bleeding and the spasm!

What foods should i avoid while on metformin?

i came past its sell-by date the depo about 6 months ago i have been on it for 4 years but only just found out it can effect your bone density if your on it for more than two years..

i found ponstan.. dunno about the spelling.. be rly good for the extent pain again im not sure if its avalible over the counter. i also lived beside my hot water bottle on my belly for a few days which help ease the stomach-ache. as for the flow try using night towels. they used to work for me.

failing adjectives that i was once told plently of fruit and veg and no choccy and fatty stuff help ease the cramps alotho ive not really tried it myself.. hope im some abet and hope you get better soon

well a bake pack worked for me,u just roast it up in the microwave only just so its a bit warmer than everyday, put it over the bottom of ur tummy that should sort it out,u can get them from boots

I filch two ibuprofen and one naproxen sodium tablet together and that usually works for my menstrual pain for give or take a few 3 hours. Nothing helps me for the bloodflow. I hold a period even when taking contraceptives.
