I hold had 2 babies and I hold gotten back down to my desired substance but now I own a belly and thighs.?

Have I just lost muscle since I am duplicate weight? Should I be doing solidity lifting or should I be doing cordio? Does it take alot of time to seize it all firm again?

Well some women will always hold a slight belly do to the weakening of the muscles, It is possible to trim up your body, but it will pinch alot of working out. yoga is a great start.
