Slight Hydrosalpinx of the right tubes?

My Ob/Gyn performed Laparoscopy on me support in Feb and noted surrounded by the Operative Report is the following...
"On the right side the tubes seemed to hold slight Hydrosalpinx."

Now I've already found everything I can about it and I know what it is, but is it something to verbs about?
I scrounging, it doesn't sound devout if there's merely fluid sitting in there collecting. Isn't rupture a possibility or am I worrying nearly nothing?
Has anyone ever experienced this? If so, what did you do or what be the outcome?
