I had to transport progesterone supplements , cyglogest, during ivf treatment. I had hideous awful withdrawal symptoms including, anxiety, depersonalisation, hallucination, extreme mental problems, ocd thoughts ect. Eventually it cleared, and on my second course of ivf, i withdrew more slowly, but hold a few ups and downs before my time. Has anyone else experienced this ...?

I used to get PMS-like bouts of anger...up and down...up and down. I took the shots, though, so possibly there is more of a residual effect from supplements because it take longer for your body to absorb it?
