Am I overloading my system near to many vitamins ?

I enjoy endometriosis and I've lived with it for almost 10 years presently. Those symptoms are exactly what I have be experiencing so I would say you more than potential do have it. Unfortunatly you can't explain to for sure unless you have the laproscopy which isn't too impossible of a surgery, but in my grip all it did be confirm what I already knew. As for anguish, any anti-inflamitory helps close to IB profrin, but too much leads to developing ulcer (which aren't fun trust me.) But if you have endo you probably already know that is to say a temporary fix. I'm currently on a "depot lupron" shot. I hear it have terrible side effects for most women but as near is no cure I'm trying anything to fix this. Good luck and you should see your doctor right away. The longer you wait the more defect tissue will develop and it could hurt your chances of have children someday.

Sugar cookies?

I have have endometriosis, and all I have with it be a lot of cramping and affliction. The only particular cure for it is to get pregnant. But I don't regard as that is what you are suffering from, conceivably hormone issues.

What should be the normal bone density reading for a women 50 years ancient and 160 lbs.?

Oh, you poor thing. It does nouns a lot similar to endometriosis. I'd talk to your gyno and take in for an exam. If it's endo, here isn't a huge amount that they can do (pregnancy and removal of the uterus are usually the best options), but they can determine whether that's the cause and tender you something for the pain.
